CEP at West Utica Elementary
Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) is a USDA regulated, federally funded program where schools that meet a certain criteria can offer all students full breakfast and full lunch meals at no cost.
The
GREAT NEWS is that
ALL students enrolled at West Utica Elementary are eligible to
receive a healthy breakfast and lunch at school for NO CHARGE to your household each day of the 2020-2021 school year due to the federally-funded CEP program.
To ensure continued program funding, we are asking that each household
complete and sign the Household Information Form.
See below for the form or click here.
Completing the Household Information Form is critical in determining the amount of money West Utica Elementary receives from a variety of State and Federal supplemental programs. All information is confidential.
Please note that if you have students in other schools that are not CEP designated, you will also need to complete a free and reduced meal application to qualify your other student(s) for free or reduced meal benefits. Applications can be found at www.lunchapp.com
or by clicking here.
Please contact the Food Service Department at 586-797-1180 or [email protected] with any questions about this new program. Visit UCS Food and Nutrition Services webpage by clicking here.
